Our process runs as follows:

Site visit – In order for us to identify and gain a good understanding of who would be the best candidate for the role, we like to get to know your business, your culture and what is important to you. By conducting a site visit, this helps us gain a greater understanding of the company as a whole. Aspect Technical Recruitment know how valuable and the importance of working as a team, and of finding a person that is going to be a suitable culture fit as well as a good employee.

Advertisement and Networks – To ensure we cover all avenues of our sourcing process, we are well engaged within all networking avenues available via web and online portals whilst also utilizing a number of additional avenues which includes our website, social media, and direct contact within our networking pool.

Screening – After screening CV’s, the next step within our process is to phone-screen applicants to ensure that they have the relevant experience and qualifications required to match the criteria specified for the role. From here evolves the next stage of our process where the shortlist of ideal candidates is created.

Pre-interview – Here at Aspect, we like to ensure that we pre-qualify our candidates prior to presenting them to our clients. This part of the process is conducted face to face with one of our experienced candidate management consultants. This gives us the opportunity to get to know the candidates better and allows us to distinguish their suitability for the role.

Candidate selection – Once we have pre-selected our proposed ideal candidates, we send through their CV’s for your consideration. This is where the core collaborative work begins between our clients and Aspect. We work alongside our clients through the formal interviews to the final stages of the selection process.

Employment and beyond – Once we have found your successful applicant, our services carry over during the offer stage to ensure all final contractural details are finalised with a satisfactory result for both client and candidate. We also provide negotiation advice if required. Once the employee starts, our candidate and client care representative follows up to ensure that both parties are happy with the overall result of the recruitment process.
