The Aspect Process

  • Once we receive a role to work on we arrange to visit (where possible) the company or site and meet the team and manager to get a feel for the company and it’s culture.

  • We advertise if asked to do so and approach as many candidates as possible within our database and also on linkedin etc to see if they would be interested in the role.

  • We speak to and screen them via telephone and when we have a shortlist we meet and pre interview them for you.

  • Once we have some good candidates selected we send the CV’s through for your consideration.

  • After employment, our business development team will touch base with the employer to check how the new employee is settling in. Additionally, our candidate care team will contact the employee to check how they are finding the role.
